Can some one help wiht the details on the credit requirments for a FHA loan
Hi helpjuly,
To be able to get an FHA loan, you need a minimum credit score of 620. Apart from this credit score, you should also have a clean credit history. If you had a bankruptcy in the last 2 years, you will not be able to get an FHA loan. If there is a foreclosure on your credit report, you need to wait 2-3 years before getting approved for an FHA mortgage.
