The answer would be "you can not give anything of value for a referral". If that answer leaves more questions in your head, you would be like the rest of us. Frankly in the strict sense of the statement you cant do anything. Technically you would need to evenly distribute a equal to all realtors or at least make it available to them. Its not that answer anyone wants to hear in our business.

you can certainly reward your realtor: refer people to him or her.
