Im self employed for 2 years now only have 2008 tax info 2009 info is being worked on will I be able to get a home loan if I have great credit?
Hi matt,
Though you've a great credit, the lender will also check your employment history and financial situation before giving you a loan. If you are unable to give the employment history of the last 2 years, I don't think the lender will be ready to give you a loan.
Thanks

James is correct. Once you finish your 2009 returns and submit them to the IRS, you should be able to qualify depending on what you make after all your write offs.
