I got loan approval by Residential Mortgage Center. They charge me $10,000. for closing cost because my credit score is only 600.
Need more details. Do you have a good faith estimate?
lonely please give more details of your closign cost.
If you have a GFE in hand be sure to plug in the fees on the board.
There are some great pro's on here that can let you know very quickly if you are being taken or not.
Keep in mind, 600 is tough these days...
