is 3 years at the same job good enough for work history on a loan? thanks
Yes most banks or lenders will look for at least 2+ years of stable work history. So 3 should be good enough. Is this with same company too? Or same industry?
3 years with same job is good enough for you to qualify for a loan... Lenders usually want the borrowers to be on the same job with steady or increasing income for the past 2 years...
Additional clarification...
You need a total of a two year work history. It can be two different jobs for example. Just as long as you worked continuously and were not out of work for a significant amount of time in between.
