similarities in mortgage laws

Sunil, if you're familiar with any particular mortgage laws in India and have a question pertaining to any one in particular please list it. Otherwise, I'm not certain you will get any type of educated answers. I hope this helps...

Different countries have different set of mortgage laws. There will be many dissimilarities for sure. But there can also be a some points of similarity between them. It is very diffiult to say what those similarities are unless you specify which particular mortgage law you are referring to.
