I want to talk to some lenders to see if I can qualify for a loan or finacing
There are plenty of them here for you to talk to :)
You can post a general question here, submit a request for help online, or contact someone directly..
your definately in the right place.

Hi Aquarius,
Did you speak to the lenders of your area? You can speak to a few of them and get to know the rates prevailing in the market. You can even speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from them. This will help you to compare the market rates and help you in selecting the one which you can afford.
Thanks

chris, that's a refreshing post. instead of blatantly advertising your services, or asking the poster to "call me now" as our other "friend" does on this forum, you simply made the point that there is an array of lenders here to choose from.
i second that emotion, and i hope that some one of us may be able to assist in meeting aquarius' needs.

speaking of our "other friend"...when is his user ID going to be disabled? I tried to contact the administrators of the site and nobody responds to me.
i wish i knew...i read a post the other day to the effect that he somehow changes the isp address too often to get shut down. how that's done i don't know - i'm hoping he's the only one who knows how to do it.
i'm just afraid for the folk who use his services. if someone is so snaky as to refuse to comply with the guidelines here, how does he conduct his business? i hope people approach him with both eyes open.

Unfortunately many people do not recognize when something is too good to be true....ie a 4.5% rate with no closing cost, fees, points, etc
