Have 5.5 acres of land and manufactured home that has been remolded new lifetime windows new laminate floors attached screen in front porch, build on sun porch open to dinning and kithchen area new doors we have excellent credit 750 both i and spouce land and home appraises for 68-70 thousand we both work for the state of tn me 7 year spouce 16 yrs we want to get a 10 yr term loan lower our intrest rate from 7.5 to lower we have been here in this communtity for 10 yrs love it here want to continue to imporove on home and live here for life no one wants to do a home mortgage on manufactured house on land this is a really nice place have springs on it and hope to incoporate fresh water lake we owe around 49 thousand is there anyone that would concider a mortgage like this... Does anyone do mortgage on 5.5 acres with manufactured already on it really nice see details in question area above appraises for 68 thousand - 70 and we only owe 49 thousand we have good credit good jobs they only always want to give short term loans 3-5 yrs then renew never late with any payments help
