do you loan on manufactured homes on land
Hi czechavon,
In order to get loans for a manufactured home, you should have a stable income for at least 2 years and a good credit score. FHA loans are available at a credit score of 620 whereas conventional loans require a credit score of 700-720.
Can you tell me what type of a credit score do your have? Are there any late payments or other negative items on your credit report? I would suggest you to speak to some of the lenders of your area and get an idea about the prevailing market rates.
This community also has a large number of lenders. You can speak to them and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation. This will let you know whether you would qualify for a loan or not.
Thanks
