Hi homeowner!
Welcome to forums!
If you want to change your monthly payment plan to a bi-weekly plan, then you'll have to contact your lender. Your lender will let you know what steps you need to take. In a bi-weekly payment plan, you'll have to make half-payments every two weeks instead of a full payment once each month.
In my opinion, bi-weekly payments are better than monthly payments. You'll have to pay a lump sum amount every month to the lender if you have a monthly payment plan. If you go for a bi-weekly payment plan you will have to make two smaller payments. This can be easier for you to afford.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

payment options lot more depend on the fact that which type of profession you have.If you are a businessman having good cash flow then bi-weekly is one of the good option to opt for ,
but if you are salaried one then it is advisable that you keep paying through monthly payment route only....
keep in touch....
