my co-owner wants to remove her name on our mortgage property but she already lives in the philippines and will no longer be back here in united states of america. how can i remove her name as my co-owner when i refinance our mortgage?
You will have to refinance the mortgage in your name alone in order to remove your co-owner's name from the mortgage. This will make you solely responsible for the mortgage payments.
