I purchased house with my partner 2 yrs ago ,sad to say relationship ended 4 months after house was bought. I want off mortgage ,deed,everything not employed due to layoff ,I need help please.

I can understand your state of mind, don't worry everything will be alright soon. As per my knowledge if the property and mortgage is in joint name then you can tell your partner to sign a quitclaim deed and remove you from the property. In case of mortgage after the quitclaim your partner needs to re-finance the loan in his/her name. Consult with a good attorney to know detailed information.

sign a quitclaim to remove you from title and refinance to pull you off the note. he will have to qualify by himself for the mortgage.
