remortgage more than once

In my opinion, you would be able to get a remortgage more than once. However, you will have to fulfill all the required criteria for the getting a remortgage.

there's no limitation on how often you refinance, except for the specific qualifications required at the particular time (ltv, debt-to-income). you will not be able to refinance within a few months of a prior refinance, however. there will be a waiting period to ensure that you're not being persuaded to do so in order that a loan officer or loan company make extra money off your back.
