I had a favorable mortgage settlement in February and still I receive the same billing I always received. Is there a time limit for the mortgage company to comply with the settlement agreement?
we need a little more info, what is it that the mortgage company is not complying with?
My bill should be lowered as well as my home price and none of this has taken place.
trakey, your post is so muddy that it's impossible for any of us to comment intelligently. what did you go through, what was the old information, what is the new information, and what in the world are you talking about?
I WON A SETTLEMENT AGAINST AMERIQUEST AND THE RESULTS WERE DONE IN FEBRUARY - IS THERE A TIME LIMIT FOR THEM TO ABIDE BY THE AGREEMENT?
THEY ARE STILL BILLING THE ORIGINAL RATE AND HAVE NOT AJUSTED MY MORTGAGE AT ALL.

i would think you'd go back to whoever adjudicated that settlement and check on that. what does the paperwork that you have indicate?
My monthly payment lowered by a couple of hundred and my pay off by about 20 grand. I went through the courts so i wanted to know if there is a time limit for them to be done. I have all signed agreements.
trakey, i suggest you contact the court that adjudicated this matter.
Thank you George
