my wife wants to take her name off of mortgage and have me take out money to give her.what are my options,and who would get house if she has signed offif something were to happen to me

if your wife wants to take her off the mortgage, then there are two processes. you can either go for the process of novation or you can refinance the mortgage.
coming to your next question, if the deed of the house has name on it along with yours, you, then she will get the house. however, if the deed does not have her name, then she will have to file an affidavit of heirship in the county recorder's office and transfer the property in her name.

She can sign a quitclaim and take her name off the deed. If something happens to you, she will have no right to the property.
