my daughter bought a house, since she could not get the mortgage, my husband and I got the mortgage...she pays the mortgage and all expenses for the house. How can I transer the house to her name...she still would not be ale to get a mortgage.
It's simple! Just use a quitclaim deed in order to transfer house to your daughter. But see that any such transfer doesn't make the loan due. You need to check this out from the terms and conditions stated on the loan doc.
