I owned a house 10 years ago. Can I still be considered a first time buyer?
a first time homebuyer is one who has not owned a home in the last 3 years; so yes, you qualify - no matter the location.
yes, there are stipulations about usage on here. nobody should be blatantly advertising. the "call me now" kind of stuff is strictly taboo, but that guy constantly violates it. we've tried to shut him down, but from what i understand, he switches ip addresses, so that it's virtually impossible to drive him away.
that's also one of the reasons (i believe) that they've given us the opportunity to put our contact information in the signature line. it takes away the advertising, but also provides us the opportunity to tell everyone who we are and where we are and how to contact us, if so desired.
mr x really annoys those of us who do things the right way.

amen to that gary. i have to think that if he cannot be compliant with the requirements and regulations of this community, how can be do so in his regular course of business. people don't just handle one thing that badly and turn around and handle the other part very well. i'll bet his work ethic is just as ugly as his overall ethics.
