there are many reasons why borrowers are asking for loan modifications right now. subprime loans, arms and negams have taken a toll on the investments of borrowers who sought help but were denied because of their qualifications. with that came a new bill which pumped money into the banks and lending institutions fueling their resources for a way to give incentives to borrowers to eliminate any further real estate loss which has crippled our economy. will the stimulus package make it harder for people to qualify for loan modification?
I am not sure how will the stimulus package is goign to make it ahrder for loan modificatiosn requests.
