I'm in credit card debt more than $75,000 and don't have a job 'coz of my daughter medical condition. My spouse is the only one working w/ a family of 4 and don't have enough to pay my credit cards bills. Can I pile a chapter 7? Is my husband responsible also with my debt even his name is not in the account? Do I still need to pay my debt or do I have an option how to handle all my creditors and lawsuit?
if these accounts are yours alone, your husband would have no responsibility - unless you are sued and in that process a lien is placed on your home.

you ought to contact a bankruptcy lawyer who can clearly advise you of the best route to go - whether bankruptcy or not. that would seem to be a pretty reasonable alternative at this time.
