since country wide , is my first morgage i keep us them to modified my loan but thers no answer, so im become deliquent to all my 1 nd 2 loan ,i need to pay for the total of$2100 in the first that is partial to my ineterst and the 2 $781after that BAC got my loan they us me to pay $2495.81 a month since nov 2009 but until now no dession fr them, but i told them that im making $2871 is my state in come ,im traying to save our home my husband is 85 percent disable he resieve $711 so we traying to save this home

You should keep in touch with your lender and request them to take a decision asap. You should let them know the financial hardship that you're facing and convince them to give you a loan modification so that you can save the property.

"No answer" from Countrywide isn't the reason you became late, of course. But you must continue to try to contact them if you truly wish to save your home. Finding out what you need to do to obtain a modification of your loan can only be accomplished by speaking with one of their representatives, and then providing them with whatever information they ask for.
