hi,
i bought a home in 2006 and had to refinance it in 08 from an arm to a fixed rate. i was in the process of a modification and in the middle of the process, the co borrower filed for bk and included the mortgage. i found out by calling my lender to follow up and was then referred to their bk department. i need help with what i need to do to save my home. she is not on title but did sign the deed of trust "the note".

Hi Rico!
Welcome to forums!
As far as I know, you'll become solely liable for paying off the mortgage as your co-borrower has filed bankruptcy. The co-borrower will get a discharge from the liability of mortgage payments.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
