Trying to purchase

Posted on: 15th Aug, 2011 03:08 pm
I am trying to purchase a home that was warranty deeded to myself. I was approved for the loan, but when it got to title check my lender backed out from purchasing just that house. They saw it was deeded to me and it was a no go. I need help as the house will go into foreclosure soon if something doesnt give.
Hi Guest,

Your query is not clear to me. You have mentioned that the property is warranty deeded to you. In such a situation, you already own the property. Did you had a prior mortgage on it which you couldn't pay? Do you want to take out a new mortgage in order to pay off that old mortgage? Well... if that's the case, then it's not possible. You need to contact the old mortgage lender who may help you in modifying the loan. This will help you in saving your home from foreclosure.

Thanks
