I went to this paralegal to file Chapter 7. He put the wrong information on my petition and he did not include the loan that I owe to my family member and did not include the correct amount of my rent. The trustee called me to inform me that there was a possibility that I could not file for Chapter 7 and maybe would fall under Chapter 13. It was my mistake not to look over the paperwork and he never went over it with me. I guess I trusted him. Now I don't know if I should go back because I can't gurantee he will do it right. Should I just ask for a dismissal and get an attorney to file again in 180 days or should I have him redo the paperwork and have the trustee review it before I take it back to court to have the petition amended? HELP!

If the correct details are not mentioned in your bankruptcy filing, then there are high chances that the bankruptcy court will dismiss the case. It will be better if you could refile the case after 180 days and contact a new bankruptcy attorney to do the paperwork.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
