hello Im in VA and fannie mae advised me I may qaulify for the community home choice loan but I cant find a lender any info

I haven't heard of Community Home Choice Loans earlier. You can contact Fannie Mae and ask them to provide you with contact details of such lenders who can offer you such a loan.
