To place complaint against the escrow company whom should I contact, I live in California

In the Department of Corporations escrow companies fall under Business, Transportation & Housing Agencies and are subject to provisions of the Financial Code & CCR (California Code of Regulations).

If you are victim of escrow scam then contact California Department of Corporations and file a complaint against that company. A complaint form will be sent to you if you call this number 1-866-275-2677 and explain the situation you are in.
