Hi Igeraldr,
You need an Interspousal Transfer Deed to add your wife to the deed. You may refer to sample form at "http://www.kinseylaw.com/freestuff/realestate/forms/deeds/interspousal/interspousal.pdf" .
Thanks

Hi jgeraldr,
Welcome to the forum.
An Interspousal Transfer Deed is good enough to add your wife in the deed. You contact an attorney who will help you to prepare the deed and make it valid.
Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.
Thanks,
Larry

You can also use a title company to prepare and file the deed. In many cases, this will be cheaper than the cost of an attorney.
Good response!
Just like having faith in your loan officer, when you can confide in an Escrow Officer at Title and have them tackle this simple procedure, you will be ahead of the game!
