if my wife signed this kind of deed ,am i the only owner?
Hello Pacsap,

If your wife has signed an interspousal deed, then she doesn't have any ownership rights to the property. So, that will make you the sole owner of the entire property.

Hi Pacsap,

Welcome to this forum.

Signing an inter-spousal transfer deed means your wife is transferring her share of interest to you and the property will no longer be a community property. It will be a separate property and you will be the sole owner of the property.

Thanks,
Larry
