Hi all,

It's been a long time since we've all joined hands and helped our community grow. But how well do we know each other? Let's start off by telling you something about myself.

I'm Brian Dela Cruz, Marketing Manager at MortgageFit. I've been associated with this community since April, 2006. And, it's been a pleasure interacting with the people here and helping them to the best of my abilities.

It would be great if you too add something about yourself here.

Happy introducing!

Thanks,

Brian Dela Cruz

Hello!

My name is Josh Heckathorn, and I run "Creditnet.com", a free resource for consumer credit education and product recommendations.

I happened to stumble upon this forum today, and I thought I might be able to provide some insights specifically related to questions about credit and debt. I look forward to participating in the community and helping out in any way I can.

Thanks for having me.

Josh

Hi just came across your website and will start contributing to the success of this site by answering questions. We run a blog site "www.realinvestortips.com" focusing on helping real estate investors to get their loan modified through Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi and more or even short sold without behind on mortgage payments. We also offer a lot of free information about rental management, owner financing tools like lease to own, land contract and wraparound mortgages.

I wonder who can write blogs in MortgageFit? The Profile seems to indicate that we can contribute to http://____.mortgagefit.com but I can't seem to see anywhere that allow me to write/post to the blogs in the community.

Hi forum!

Welcome to forums!

It is nice to have such an experienced person amongst us. A large number of people share their mortgage as well as financial issues in the forums. You can participate in the forum discussions and share your knowledge with the community.

As far as blog is concerned, I guess you would have to create an id/profile first and then you would be able to post in the mortgagefit blog. You can contact Sam, the site admin in this regard. He may be able to help you. You can get his contact details from the given page:
http://www.mortgagefit.com/contactus/

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hey everyone,

Just started an account. I've been in the real estate industry for years and went through the whole mortgage/loan-mod transitions. Currently doing something else (happily). Just wanted to keep up to date with the industry in the event I go to buy my own house, I know who's telling me the truth or not (you'd be surprised how much you forget if you don't stay in the industry!).

Of course, I also hope to provide some advice where I can.

Awesome site, BTW.

Welcome to forums, leugene :) It's great to have an experienced like you participating in the forum discussions. I completely agree with you that you don't stay in the industry you don't know what's actually happening out there. Rules and regulations change on a day to day basis!
