Hi all,

It's been a long time since we've all joined hands and helped our community grow. But how well do we know each other? Let's start off by telling you something about myself.

I'm Brian Dela Cruz, Marketing Manager at MortgageFit. I've been associated with this community since April, 2006. And, it's been a pleasure interacting with the people here and helping them to the best of my abilities.

It would be great if you too add something about yourself here.

Happy introducing!

Thanks,

Brian Dela Cruz
Hi everyone! I'm a Land Surveyor in Arizona, just bought "my" first house a little over a year ago. I'm also a part-time scambaiter! lol I ended up finding this site while tracking down a loan scammer and have a feeling I will find it increasingly useful as I get closer to D-Day(refi time)...

Hi Billybuttonz,

I guess you're kindda linked with the real estate. And you're also a scambaiter. wow! amazing combination!

Take Care and feel free to talk on any financial or mortgage issues.

I'm new to the community and I've been doing real estate investing for about a year or so. I started doing extensive research on foreclosure and bankruptcy solutions to help my parents, so I'm just hear to drop a line or two when I feel it can be helpful. But for the most part I'm here to learn more about those topics.

Hi Imdcorp,

It's good to know that you are associated with the real estate field which is quite related to mortgage. So, feel free to share your experiences and whatever knowledge you have.

There are several other professionals in our community and what matters is they try to help people even though they may not be experts on mortgage; they share what they've learnt from their own experiences. What people in problems need is a solution no doubt but apart from that what matters is the mental support which hopefully a lot of people here can provide.

Thanks,

Brian Dela Cruz

I must say I came across this website by accident and was amazed and pleased to see the level of participation. I am a loan officer with Bank of America in the Jacksonville Florida market and am happy to provide any answers to queries here. Funny thing is regardless of ones experience and knowledge, you will always learn something new with a discussion board and participation of this scale. GO!!! MortgageFIT.com  :D

Hey Hey!

My name is DJ Jennings, and my new goal in life is to help people avoid paying interest that is unnecessary. I have spent years studying business, finance and banking to understand the concepts that are used.

I personally feel that the reason why 2% of the world is wealthy is because the other 98% do not have the financial education to make it so. I am here to provide that education.

Please feel free to ask any questions. I look forward to helping you all.
