final judgement

My ex had a condo and the condo is in forcloser My name is on the title but not on the loan. I received a law suit that has been filed against me, my husband, the condo association, and the mortgage company. it is set for august 4, I called the mortgage company and they said the bank was an investor. What does this judgement mean. My husband does not care that this is going into forcloser. I do not live there never did. it was an investment property. Is this going to affect my home that I live in? The loan is not on my credit report. I have good credit and a good job. Can they come after me for the monie I was not on the loan
Hi Guest.

Welcome to the forum.

If there is a judgment against you then you need to pay it otherwise it may have a negative effect on your credit report. You should take help from an attorney on this regard.

Best of luck,
Larry
