My husban live in Kansas and are first time home buyers. He has good credit and a good income and has been at his job for three years. We have three small children and found a doublewide on a foundation that's perfect. We don't have a lot in savings for closing costs or down payment. The house needs some work. I'm lost. Been calling around and mobile homes are hard to get good loans on. I need help. I don't know what the best option for us is.
Hi megan,
You can contact the seller and negotiate for owner financing. This might help you in buying the property. To know more about owner financing, check out the given page: http://www.mortgagefit.com/owner-financing.html .

Hi Charlie,
You should contact the local mobile home loan lenders and apply for mobile home loan refinance. They will look into your financial situation and let you know whether or not you will qualify for a refinance.
