Does anyone know of a company that takes 1003 applications for a fee ?
Hello Lewis,
The 1003 form is the standard application accepted by most lenders and mortgage companies. Among them Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Affairs (VA), Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA), Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC), Housing and Urban Development (HUD) are to name a few which accept this form.

alot of LO's dont know that they have to sighn page 4 in the first place :)
a lot of LO's think a 1003 is a 1003...if someone asked them for an application, they wouldn't know it if it bit them.
