LAST WORD I SEE POSTED ON THIS WAS FROM SEPT 2009 - ANY NEW NEWS ON WHETHER THIS OPTION HAS BEEN MADE AVAILABLE TO THOSE OF US THAT ARE NOT UNDER FANNIE OR FREDDIE LOANS?

None - it has not changed only your original lender on a fannie freddie for the 125% and most won't do it
