How to get a owner occupancy deed off our home?

Posted on: 07th Feb, 2009 11:55 am
How do I get an owner occupied deed taken off our home? We need to move and can not afford to loose $40,000. It would be alot easier if we could rent our house out, but we can't with this deed
If you have an owner financing agreement with the buyer and the buyer is not paying off the debt, you can foreclose the property. However, if you do not have any such agreement and the title of the property is in your name, you can evict the buyer and give out the property on rent.

I am the buyer. The seller Put that deed on the home in the purchase contract. I was just wondering if there was any way that I, as the buyer, could get it removed so that we could rent out the hose without it affecting the contract. who do I talk to about getting it removed or making a comprimise maybe? Is it the City? or the seller? the housing network?
