i suppose you could help her make the payments to catch up and continue to monitor the situation - but that's not a likely scenario, i suppose.
did your divorce decree specify that she was to refinance? if so, you can go back to court to try to have that ruling enforced.
you can force a sale of the home by going to court.
you need a lawyer on your side to help you rectify this. i don't think you can do much about your credit report - as long as a loan that you are responsible for still exists, it will be reported on your credit report, for good and for bad.

If you loan is mentioned on loan so you have to dues to lender if you late your credit history will damage. If she is desagree to refinance loan to her then you must have to payoff to lender. If you name mentioned on deed you can get your share if they selling property.
