refinancing requires money, and if we're trying to refinance in order to get her name removed from the loan, and have the loan refinanced in order to be able to afford the payments, then we won't be able to as our loan is interest only and we've been at the property 2 yrs only and no equity yet. litton loan not cooperative, they just ignore you.
if you're unable to refinance due to cash problems, you'll also be unable to remove a name from the existing mortgage.
