Hi guys,
I got a strange problem when I apply my new home loan. Tha lender said the money I transfered to the local credit union from another state credit union is not qualified money even I just transfer from one of my account to my another one. They said the large transfer is not qualified because I don't have the prove how I got this money. OK, I said I still have enough money left in the out of state credit union, please use it. But they said it is not qualified neither because they don't know where the money comes from. It's my accumulation of my salary for near 10 years. what can I do? Please help me. who can tell me how to prove my money is my money! Thanks alot. I am waiting online...

lol - do they think you're laundering money or something?
Two things:
1. You might want to consider using another lender. even if you get this sorted it doesn't bode well for them that you're having this much trouble.
2. Can you just provide staements or records from the out of state credit union to establish that these are legitimate funds of yours accumulated over time? Or sign a release of some sort allowing them to request confirmation from the CU that these are your funds?

You need to show the Lender Statements from the Credit Union, showing your deposits. Or your paystubs, showing the withdrawals to the Credit Union.
