I stoped making payments in my TS, the creditor contacted me and told me that they will take 20% of my pay check and that I would have to pay for all the fees involved in the colecting process. Can they do that?
Hi,

If you stop making payments on time, your creditor can get a judgment against you and garnish your wages. However, it is up to your creditor if they think it worth their while to obtain a judgment against you. Talk to the credit and see if they will settle the debt for an amount less than what is actually owed on it.

Here's an original idea, PAY WHAT YOU OWE! It's people like you who are bringing America down! You agreed to pay so PAY and ON TIME!

The creditors can come after you for a total of 25yrs and rightly so!
