can we refinance 2.1 acre tract with a rehab 1975 mobile home with 12x20 framed storage building and 2 metal storage buildings on cement pads with $40,000 invested and $300/mo. rental income since 1994 to obtain $20,000-$25,000 loan. wife with 511 score & 22 years as med tech, husband with 620 score and 27 yrs. as real estate investor with unverifiable income. he is starting new re consulting business and will be working on a 1,000,00 sq. ft. project in sept.??

I think you can refinance your existing home as your score seems to fair enough to qualify. But your wife's credit score is not so impressive. Anyway, just shop around for the lender of your choice and let's hope you get a loan at reasonable rates.
