i co signed a home purchase with my girlfriend. she now wants to refinance with her daughter and take me off of the note and deed/title. she owes me $45,000 from other personal loans. can i and should i insist on staying on title to protect my other interests?

If you mentioned on property deed & also on mortgage that mean you're responsible for both of those. She can't you name off from deed or mortgage without your agreement.
