how to identify a 30 day account while verifying credit report to underwrite a loan file
Hi Karthik,

In the credit report there are six main sections, such as: Personal Information, Summary, Account History, Public Information, Inquiries and Creditor Contacts.

The Account History section provides the details of the credit accounts of any person. These accounts are divided into main five categories, namely, Real Estate, Installment, Revolving, Collection and Other.

The last category, i.e., "Other" lists the accounts which can not be categorized into any of the other main categories and normally the 30-day accounts are listed in this section.

I hope this is the information you were looking for.

Do let us know if you have any other queries.
