I bought 3 weeks of timeshare from an individual. The seller did a quitclaim deed. He never informed me that the HOA was on the verge of losing a large court case which will effect dues and an assessment. Can I quitclaim the deeds back to him? Of course I'd lose out on any funds previously paid but that's more than ok.
Lost in Az. Thanks.

Hi Guest,
Usually quit claim deeds are difficult to be reversed, that is, one cannot undo the deed easily. So, whether the HOA loses the case, I don't think it is going to affect much if you try to quit claim property back to the owner.
Know more on how to quit claim property back to the previous owner.
Thanks,
Caron.

Hi,
You can quit claim the timeshare back to the seller but this should be done much before the court case ends. Otherwise, you may be in trouble as there are dues and assessments, yet to be finalized.
