If I borrow $50,000 for a home and the seller gives me back $30,000 cash after everything is done and settled, is this an undisclosed kickback?
As far as I can understand, this will be considered as an undisclosed kickback.
That would be a perfect example of an undisclosed kickback / Federal crime under RESPA.
Blatantly illegal
