Are 100 year mortgages available in the US? If so, can someone tell me of any lenders who offer this type of mortgage?
Hi,
Yes there are lenders who would be willing to provide such mortgages in US.

How can I contact these lenders? So far I have not been able to find any lenders offering this.
Hi,
You can search through the list of various lenders listed in the lender's directory in this section and if you find any one providing such loans you can make contact at the address they have provided while listing their websites.
This is the section, the directory is divided as per the various states, you go through the section where lenders from your region are listed : http://www.mortgagefit.com/lenders/dir/
Thanks
Colin

Hi,
I would say that seller financing might be an option that you should explore.
Some seller financing programs can provide mortgage terms which are for 100 years also.
Thanks

Hi,
Most 100 year mortgages are available through owner financing programs at fixed or adjustable rates of interest. There are also some interest only loans available.
