I bought a house and two acres from my uncle two years ago. It was not discovered until my uncle went to build a new house that the title shows I bought the house and three and a half acres that the original trac of land had. Can we quick clam deed the one and half acres back to him with out all of the mess that the county wants us to do?

Mike
Hi Mike,

It is quite possible to quit claim the one and half acres of land back to your uncle if the title for the total land area is in your name.

Hi,

You can quit claim the one and half acres back to your uncle. You may have to take help from an attorney in this regard. But how come the property title show that you have bought three and half acres when it's actually two acres. Quite surprising :o
