i have a credit score of 550 and i need to refinance my mobile home due to a baloon payment coming up of about 75,000. is there anyone who will lend me money? our monthly gross income is $7000. please help, desparate. i don't want to lose my home and be out in the streets. i don't care about the interest rate as much as i care about keeping my home.
