if there is a one year ballon mortgage that was never filed in clerks office or recorded and it experised. can it be legally recorded 6 months later after the mortgage holder dies
So you hold a property where the home was to be sold to you with a balloon mortgage, which was never recorded???
Same poster, different question elsewhere, and neither of them make a great deal of sense to me. I'm as confused as you, Chris, but consider how confused this poor guy asking must be.
