Hi Dynor,

Your query is not quite clear, please elaborate so that I can give you an idea about the topic you are concerned about.

Hi,

The lot premium depends and varies with the locality where you are trying to get the house. It is extra amount you will have to pay if you like to have a larger home or some special location for your home apart from the normal available lots in the locality.

I also agree that the premium for a lot will vary as per the specific location one wants to get and as such a general appraisal and price can not be fixed.

Thanks

Hi dennis!

Welcome to forums!

You can list your property in the market in order to get good buyers for your property. You can even contact a real estate broker who can help you in selling off the property. You can appraise the property and this will help you in deciding upon the price of the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
