im not married,my girlfriend got cash from a settlement and money went into joint account i went out and bought house cashed out and paid for with only my name on deed can she get house and kick me out?

I don't think your girlfriend will be able to kick you out of the property. Nevertheless, you should contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will be able to better help you in this matter.

Forget the attorney.... dont waste your money. This is simple. Your name is on the deed and hers is not. This is YOUR house. Now, if you let her kick you out that is up to you. YOU are the legal owner of the home. What a judge may tell you is you owe her the money that she put into the account originally. You should be prepared to pay that.
May not be exactly that simple - did you have a right to use her money (even though it was ina joint account)? If not then doesn't that more or less amount to theft?
