I live in the sate of Oklahoma and am on SSDI. My house is in my name ONLY. I just got married, and my husband had his house prior to our marriage. I can no longer afford my home and it is going to FCL. Can the lender come after my husbands wages to sele the debt?

If your husband's name is not mentioned on the property deed and the mortgage, then the lender won't come after him in order to recover the debts after foreclosure.
